Delivery & Returns Policy

Please read our Delivery & Returns Policy to understand how we handle shipping and returns.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Excluding bank holidays and launch days, orders are shipped & delivered Monday to Friday. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for order to be processed.

DELIVERY TO: UK

Standard delivery - £3.99 – Free for orders over £250 – Delivered within 2-3 working days.

Next-day delivery - £6.99 order before 10pm Monday – Friday to receive your order the next working day.

*Orders above 4kg will have an additional £5 added to the shipping

*Cart containing sale items must also contain full price items to the value of £250 to qualify for free shipping.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

RETURNS

There is a fixed fee of £2.99 for UK postal returns.

International returns costs are borne at the expense of the customer.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in the same condition as purchased, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@shopvonjon.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund & Return Policy

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method for the purchase within 3 - 5 business days after receiving and approving the returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds if the products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use whatsoever.

Late Returns: Returns shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return label and the shipping cost back to the original dispatch address. Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you encounter any defective or wrong shipped items, please send an email to contact@shopvonjon.com and we will provide a return label for you to ship the defective/wrong item back to us.

Customs Charges: For returns with customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for covering those costs. If a customer’s return includes customs charges, these must be paid first before we can proceed with the refund of the returned item(s). To expedite the refund process, we recommend selecting the option of the sender paying for all customs duties.

Declined Returns: In the event of declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the buyer, and any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.



Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.
